1. The Passwords screen allows you to generate secure passwords for web sites that do not accept pass phrases.
You can choose between 4 and 20 characters for the password.
You can choose whether upper case (A-Z) letters are used in passwords.
You can choose whether lower case (a-z) letters are used in passwords.
You can choose whether the numbers (0-9) are used in passwords.
You can choose whether the space (Spaces) character is used in passwords.
You can choose whether the symbols (!@#$%^&*()) are used in passwords.
You can choose whether the resulting password will have a separator (-) every fourth character.
Your selection will determine the relative strengh of the password. The strength will be shown on the lower section of the screen.

2. The Pass Phrases screen allows you to generate secure pass phrases for web sites that allow pass phrases. You can choose between 2 and 12 words for the pass phrase. Your selection will determine the relative strength of the pass phrase. The strength will be shown on the lower section of the screen. The strength indicator on the password screen and pass phrase screen are calibrated so that you can compare strengths of passwords and pass phrases.

3. Each password or pass phrase that is generated is automatically copied to the clipboard. This makes it easy to generate a password or pass phrase and then use it on a website or email account. However it is not secure to leave the password or pass phrase in the clipboard. Therefore, once you have used the password or pass phrase you should press the Clear Clipboard button to remove the password or pass phrase from the clipboard.
